Lucy believes in the power of yoga to unveil the deep wisdom and strength in each of us.

Our mats are a space for meditation in motion; a place for developing inner landscapes that reflect how we wish to be, and how we want to live.

Lucy's teaching is flowing, grounding, and nourishing. 

Her classes invite a sense of curiosity and play, while focusing on breath and movement that is strong and fluid.
Students are encouraged to find freedom and self-compassion in the unique expressions of their energy. Lucy's aim is to help students feel nurtured, embodied, and empowered; to help them experience yoga as a practice and a guide in growing through life's challenges and joys.

Regardless of where we are, yoga is a path that can bring us back home, to our truest self.
